Your opportunity
You will:
  • Assist with launches of new funds
  • Work with teams across the business including product, regulatory change, compliance and ESG (environmental, social and governance)
  • Assist with the preparation of board memos and fund documentation
  • Maintain logs of upcoming changes
  • Perform legal research tasks
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

  • Law degree
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability and desire to continuously learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible, adaptable and keen to get involved in a wide variety of work
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Able to demonstrate a strong interest in the law and legal work

Nice to have skills

  • Finance qualifications
