Job description
Are you seeking a new challenge in an administrative role which offers top class training, a tailored career development programme and a competitive salary? Look no further. We are recruiting a Legal Team Assistant to join our Projects department in Bristol on a full-time basis.
As a Legal Team Assistant at Burges Salmon, you will actively contribute to the smooth running of your department. The successful candidate will support lawyers on a wide range of tasks, including: full production of documents, co-ordinating changes made by lawyers and proof reading to ensure high standards and consistency, digital dictation, client onboarding, accounts, billing, and co-ordinating travel arrangements.
We offer every new starter a thorough induction and excellent training on our in house legal systems (including iManage and Aderant). Knowledge of these specific systems is not essential but we do require a confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
