About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Services Administrator to join our team in London on a full time, permanent basis. You will be required to provide administrative assistance to the Legal Services Team to ensure that invoices are paid, records maintained and court documents prepared.
We are currently working to a hybrid working style, working 2 days per week in the office and 3 from home. As such, it is a requirement for candidates to be able to work 2 days per week from our London - Brock Street office

You’ll also be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of providing administrative support in a corporate function within a medium or large organisation.
- Experience of administering records and registers to comply with specific requirements.
- Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of working to deadlines and targets.
- Excellent IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
Essential Qualifications:
- Level 2 (or equivalent) Maths and English.
