This is a great opportunity to work with a small legal company in their Warminster offices. The legal secretary provides support to the 2 company directors, and therefore is a vital part of the team.
As such you will be involved in a variety of tasks which include.

Meeting and greeting clients.
Setting up virtual meetings
Audio typing of letters and proposals
Preparation of legal documents
Scanning and copying bundles

Due to the variety of tasks, this is more than a legal secretarial role. Although we welcome responses from experienced legal secretaries, we would be equally pleased to hear from anyone who has worked in a PA or executive assistant capacity. If you have undertaken private client, litigation, or commercial enforcement work, you also have the skill set required.

The company has two sites in the UK, and their directors have a wealth of legal expertise. A pleasant and family orientated work space is their ethos.
