We are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and successful solicitors based in Oxford who are recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join their private client team.
This role would suit someone who has a proven track record of working within a legal environment in a secretarial capacity in a private solicitors’ firm or with an In House legal team.
Tasks & Key Responsibilities
· Exceptional secretarial/IT/audio and support skills
· Producing legal documents and correspondence to clients
· Outstanding verbal and written communications including use of the telephone
· Proficiency in the use of English; both grammar and spelling
· Ability to work quickly, accurately, to deadlines and under pressure
· Arranging client meetings and appointments
· General administrative duties such as photocopying/ filing and retrieval of files
Secretarial experience for this position is essential, and a legal background would be advantageous!
