Full Time Office Based

Simpson Judge are currently representing a number of fantastic Legal 500 Law Firms in the Birmingham area who are looking for a couple of Legal Secretaries to join either their busy and developing Litigation, Family and Private Client teams.

These are office based roles with a firm that truly believes in work life balance and supporting their staff from Receptionists to Partners.

The Role includes:

Dealing with client queries in person and by telephone.
Audio typing via the digital dictation system.
Preparation of correspondence, court documents and invoices;
Filing, photocopying and opening/closing client files in a timely manner.
Maintaining and coordinating diaries and diary notes and reporting on these as necessary

The ideal candidate:

Previous experience working in legal in an administration capacity.
Worked with excellent client management and administration skills.
Previous family law experience would be essential but not necessary as training can be provided.
