Job description

Family Legal Secretary Hartlepool

Main Responsibilities:-

- Prepare and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys

- Answer phone calls and communicate with clients

- Draft correspondence and other legal documents

- Manage client files and maintain accurate records

The successful candidate must have experience working within a Family Legal Department and have experience of Family matters

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00-£22,500.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hartlepool, Durham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
