Legal Secretary ideally experience of Litigation Darlington
Main Responsibilities:-
- Prepare and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and subpoenas
- Schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings
- Answer phone calls and emails from clients and other parties involved in cases
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Conduct legal research as needed
- Assist with billing and invoicing
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
- Attention to detail
The ideal candidate will ideally have experience working in a Litigation Department however if you are a Legal Secretary hoping to work in a different department then you will also be considered.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £19,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
