Your challenges

Provide expert legal advice on marketing matters across various jurisdictions, ensuring Deriv’s compliance with regulatory requirements.

Advice on tax, marketing, and corporate matters related to our B2B operations, including cross-border transactions, to support our strategic initiatives.

Draft and review policies, assist with licensing, and ensure ongoing compliance of all Deriv entities, maintaining high standards and meeting legal obligations.

Keep senior leadership informed of legal and regulatory changes that impact the company, providing recommendations to proactively address potential risks.
- Develop strategies to prevent and resolve disputes, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
Requirements

Experience in investment services, e-commerce, online marketing, and reviewing contracts

Understanding of regulations governing the fintech industry and basic tax laws

Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively

Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

Great attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
