Position: Legal PA
Location: Leeds office
As a Legal PA for Progeny Law and Tax, you will work closely in the conveyancing team with our fee earners to provide them with day-to-day support, ensuring they deliver exceptional standards of client service. Utilising high levels of attention to detail, you will work on a wide variety of tasks from transcribing and/or proofreading legal documents, managing fee earners diaries, and organising meetings to updating our case-management system.
To be successful you’ll need to bring…
- Experience of working within a legal environment, with a good working knowledge of legal services, rules, and regulations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with high levels of attention to detail.
- Excellent time management, with the ability to manage your own workloads and use your initiative.
- High levels of discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
