Job description
We are looking to attract a Legal PA to join DWF, an award-winning global legal business. The successful incumbent will join our Commercial Insurance Team, and will be located in London on a hybrid-working model, few days in the office and few from home.
The Legal PA will provide proactive, high level support, delivering a highly professional service to ensure the effective and economic use of Senior Partner time. The Legal PA will support multiple Partners at senior level in delivering a high quality client experience undertaking non-chargeable support work to enable fee-earning colleagues to optimise their billable time.
We will need someone who has experience as a Legal PA ideally and is naturally a good communicator at all levels, and can manage stakeholders effectively as well as being highly organised. We require someone to be able to take high quality meeting minutes and have a good eye for detail, accuracy and quality of work produced.
Working on your own initiative will be key as well as working/delivering to tight timelines. The role will require a degree of flexibility and working knowledge of MS Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Day to day, you will provide support to Partner in all aspects of the legal case journey as well as supporting will billing and finance processes, therefore the attention to detail element is needed. You will process and manage the emails and phone calls and work closely with clients being responsive to their needs.
You will need to arrange travel and accommodation using our electronic travel systems and process expense claims on behalf of the Partners. Some events and hospitality booking will be required.
