About the Role
This role which provides a high level of administrative support and assistance to the Residential Leasehold team. The overall objective of the role is to ensure that delegated administrative duties are completed and returned to the appropriate team in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. Core tasks relating to the role include transaction administration, finance reporting, data capture, completion of trial bundles, file opening and closing including compliance tasks, administration on the Land Registry portal.
About you
The role will suit Administrators or Legal Assistants, it would be advantageous if you had Residential Leasehold experience, but this is not essential. You should be able to demonstrate very strong administration skills and work well under general direction. You will be responsible for managing your own workflow, subject to routine monitoring by your line manager. You must work well as part of a wider team, within a time pressured environment, whilst occasionally work independently as required. You must be able to deal with both customers and general members of the public by telephone or email in a clear and concise manner, whilst remaining professional and representing the Brethertons brand.
