We are looking for a meticulous individual to join Talbots as Legal Assistant for our Private Residential department. You will need to have similar administration experience within a legal setting to be successful.
As a Legal Assistant you will be expected to provide support to the wider team including, Lawyer’s and Paralegals.

What the job involves;
- Answer the phone and deal proactively with a wide range of queries which include, introductory calls to clients and agents as well as update and follow ups using both telephone and email.
- Collect post and DX from receptionists and distribute to Conveyancers, scan and allocate unclaimed daily post.
- To undertake file opening procedures in an accurate and timely manner as well as scanning ID to case management system and carry out the AML search
- Oversee the find a lawyer checks whilst obtaining and checking official copy entries, across freehold and leasehold.

- Excellent administrative, planning, and organisational skills to support the team.
