Description
QED are proudly representing this leading Law Firm who are looking for a Legal assistant to join their Conveyancing team in Cumbria to assist with new business. They are looking for someone who is well organised and methodical with strong communication skills both verbal and non verbal. Someone who can work well in a team, has a track record of sales/converting business.
- To provide clients with quotes for new conveyancing transactions
- To accurately produce and send out paperwork to clients
- Diary Management
- Assisting clients both F2F and emails/phone calls
- Utilising a practice management system to create new clients and set up new files
- Audio Typing
- Ordering searches
- Assisting/Preparing contract documents
- Clerical duties including filing/Photocopying
