We have an exciting new opportunity for a Legal Assistant to support our Legal Team in daily administrative duties relating to contract management, revisions, and the contract termination process. Researching and developing reviews for legal and compliance requirements internally as well as designing legal training and delivering presentations for new starters and the Sales team. In addition, you will also be provided progressive training so that you are able to manage basic contract drafting.

What you will be doing:
- Deal with the day-to-to contract management, overseeing the administrative handling of contractual documents and engaging with stakeholders to ensure there is sufficient information.
- Revise and update existing contract templates for compliancy and/or to adapt them according to the needs of the business.
- Handle the contract termination process from start to finish, establishing a clear proposed strategy, advising on the process and liaising with clients.
- Maintenance of contract archive records.
- Researching and developing reviews of legal and compliance requirements for internal business matters.
- Complete general offices duties such as filing, drafting documents, sending correspondence.
- Work with the Legal Counsel to design legal training and deliver presentations, specifically for new starters and Sales team.
What we’re looking for:
- Obtained a First or Upper Second-Class Hons Degree in Law
- A proactive self-starter with a drive to improve
- Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Exceptional level of written and verbal communication
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business
It would be desirable if you have:
- Experience in legal administration
- Familiarity with legal contracts and how they work
