This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal assistant to deal with a wide range of general property related matters and develop skills to manage your own caseload. We are looking for a real team player, who is self-motivated, bright, adaptable and able to deliver to tight timescales. You will be acting for several Councils in relation to a wide range of residential and local authority land matters. Experience in a residential conveyancing practice is essential. A knowledge of the local government legislation and governance is desirable and/or can be developed.
