Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal PA to join a specialist boutique law firm in London.
You will work closely with partners, senior lawyers, and other associates who are specialists in litigation as well as the Director of Administration and Practice Director.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Extensive diary management and coordination to accommodate changes in circumstances and ensure all appropriate individuals are informed of changes.
- Assist with the organisation of international travel (to include travel itineraries, flights (or train), accommodation, transfers and currency).
- Effectively and efficiently make appointments, coordinate dates, times and locations (sometimes across several time zones) for meetings and telephone conference calls.
- Perform legal secretarial functions, including formatting, entering edits and producing legal documents – e.g., pleadings, advice memos and correspondence – to a high standard and sometimes under time pressure to meet filing deadlines.
- Prepare and proof-read documents and correspondence from handwritten material, rough copy or digital dictation.
- Prepare PowerPoint slides.
- Prepare expenses for reimbursement.
- Perform other such duties that may be assigned.
Essential Requirements:
- Advanced MS Office/365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
- Excellent typing speed (75 wpm).
- Excellent knowledge of formatting large documents and pleadings.
- Excellent knowledge of legal practices.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of IT.
Advantageous:
- Experience of working in a similar Legal PA role in a law firm.
- Experience in Litigation/Commercial Arbitration.

- Full time permanent position - Monday to Friday
- Office based.
