Lawyer or Legal Executive – Planning Department
Yeovil, Somerset | Hybrid work
Full time and permanent
9am-5.15pm – Monday-Friday (Flexibility available)
Starting from £38,000

Duties include:
- Dealing with private individuals and businesses, including property developers
- Planning applications
- Objections
- Planning appeals
- Pollution control
- Development plan representations
- Section 106 agreements
- Tree preservation orders
- Statutory and Private nuisance
- Breach of condition notices
- Enforcement notices
- Environment prosecutions
You will be fully supported as necessary by our property and litigation experts and will become an integral part of our leading Commercial Legal Services division.
