Your opportunity
- Support the migration of existing distribution contract records to the new Janus Henderson Contract Management System.
- Ownership, development, and review responsibilities for specified project artefacts, for example, contract related data
- Liaison with CMS Project Team and Distribution Legal SMEs to agree how to document contract record information in a way that can be uploaded into the new Contract Management System when available. All work must be conducted such that it can be uploaded at a future point.
- Understand every data point that needs to be identified and recorded for a contract record. Review individual contracts to locate, identify, correctly interpret, and then successfully document each item of data within a contract.
- For example, ‘contracting parties’ to a legal agreement is a data item to capture. The successful candidate will open a contract, identify the contracting entities, and record these in a way that can be uploaded to the system alongside the contract document.
- Support the Project Manager and carry out other duties as assigned.

Must have skills
- Strong Microsoft office skills, especially in Excel, but also including Teams, Project, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail, fastidious about data accuracy
- Experience of legal contract or formal document review & handling
- Proactive problem/puzzle solver, with a structured approach
- Highly organized, methodical and trustworthy
- A rolled-up sleeve positive and delivery focused approach
Nice to have skills
- Background in law
- Background in financial services (ideally asset management)
