Job description
Delighted to be supporting a well-known and highly regarded top tier international law firm in recruiting for a AI Specialist (Legal Sector). This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office.
The Innovation team operates a distributed team of Innovation lawyers across key practice areas and jurisdictions, supported by a central delivery team.
The Innovation team’s purpose is to promote the discovery, development, and adoption of innovative ways of working, which improve the client & lawyer experience, and increase efficiency, using a variety of methods.
Key responsibilities:
- You will support the various workstreams, both current and future, around AI (and more specifically Generative AI)
- Acting as the key innovation contact and resource to global practice groups and business teams for this area
- Coordinating and supporting steering groups, working groups, and training; as well as working closely with the Technology function and wider Innovation Team
- Working on specific projects and initiatives relating to global pilots, development efforts, and education of the wider business
- Taking ownership of the Generative AI project management board, maintaining best practice and documenting project statuses
Experience sought:
- Solid technical expertise, ideally across a variety of AI solutions
- An excellent understanding of how law firms, and their lawyers, work
- An aptitude for technology and an eagerness to learn
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative working style
- Adaptable, and able to copy with changing priorities
- Confident presenting, report writing, and providing project support
