GOOD LAW FIRM is a newly established SRA firm with its brand-new office premises in Vauxhall. We have a client following established at our sister immigration law firm with solid market presence which has been practicing for over 12 years.
We are expanding into different areas of law to continue advising a wide and diverse range of our clients including international businesses, high net-worth individuals, executives, professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, students, and families.
About You
We are looking for a professional and ambitious Administrator to support our Managing Director.
You would be performing a variety of administrative tasks and working closely with our MD. As the requirements of the job will be many and varied, to enjoy the work at its full extent, you should enjoy being busy, getting things done, communicating with various people and problem-solving. We are looking for someone who is pleasant, efficient, resilient to various challenges and comfortable with stakeholders at all levels.
You would be maintaining professional relationships and keeping information confidential while dealing with tasks in an effective manner.
This is a role ideal for someone starting their career (within professional services, legal industry and legal-tech), who is interested to understand business and its development inside-out, but confident and responsible. Room for enhancement exists, as do rewards for excellent performance.
Daily Activities:
· Registering clients onto our internal software and updating their details;
· Filing, scanning and organizing documents, overseeing the post;
· Drafting basic contracts or from templates and examples;
· Ensuring outstanding invoices are paid regarding bills, taxes, duties, mortgages, rents, etc.;
· Banking as per MD’s instructions, safely keeping bank card and the details;
· Answering and forwarding phone calls, managing inboxes and replying to enquiries;
· Providing general and administrative support to colleagues, clients and running our office;
· Treating all the information confidentially and with integrity;
· Similar ad-hoc tasks.

Vacancy information:
· Location: Vauxhall (easily accessible from Vauxhall and Nine Elms Station) -
· Working hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hour working week
