We have an exciting opportunity to join our Legal Services team as a Legal Administrator. This role will provide responsive clerical and admin support to the legal team, including preparing documents, setting up meetings and undertaking routine correspondence with various parties on behalf of the team. In addition, the post holder will complete appropriate research for cases as necessary.

Key to the role, you will be responsible for maintaining files on the case management system and running reports. You will work with individual lawyers to support completion of cases including coordinating client liaison meetings, preparing agendas, circulating documents and drafting standard forms and templates.

With the ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment, you will also need to be proactive and able to complete tasks unsupervised. You must be accurate with good attention to detail, with high integrity, as you will be dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

You will have excellent IT skills, the ability to build good working relationships and developed interpersonal and communication skills.

Hybrid working may be available for this role where a mix of both office and home working can be agreed subject to the needs of the job. Further details can be discussed with you at interview should you wish to work a hybrid pattern.
