About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Legacy Promotions team, who play a key role in delivering more than a third of Macmillan’s income. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for the team and will be responsible for providing general administrative support across our marketing portfolio.
This role is dual location – working at home and in our London office approx. once a week. We are looking for someone who is willing to travel and work unsocial hours on an occasional basis when delivering events.
Please note the internal job title for this role is Legacy Promotions Assistant.
About you
You’ll be confident and enthusiastic working with internal teams as well as handling legacy inquiries from the public, so excellent customer service, communication and relationship building skills are a must. You’ll also need a keen eye for detail, excellent organisation and administration skills and an ability to use your initiative; these will be essential for keeping schedules, reporting on campaign results, updating financial tracking systems and databases, and coordinating marketing projects.
Some marketing, events or charity experience would be an advantage, but willingness to learn is just as important.
