The School of Games and Creative Technology is in an exciting phase of growth. We have an expanded portfolio of games courses planned from September 2023 and growing student numbers at our Farnham campus.
We are looking for inspiring new colleagues to fill the following positions and join our expanding academic community.
- Concept Art
- Critical Studies: Digital and Interactive Art
- Games Design
- Games Art
Successful applicants may be offered posts at lecturer or senior lecturer level, depending on their experience and qualifications. We are particularly keen to receive applications from those wishing to pursue a Research or Creative Education career field, the latter focusing on pedagogy development. For an exceptional candidate, it may be possible to appoint one of the posts at associate professor level. For an exceptional candidate, it may be possible to appoint at Associate Professor. Applicants wishing to be considered for appointment at a higher level should indicate this in their covering statement and applications will be subject to the Regulations and Procedures of the conferment of Titles.
We are seeking individuals with creativity, skill, enthusiasm and experience, who are passionate about games and games education to join our growing team. You will have the practical skills, knowledge and experience to work with our undergraduate and postgraduate students to expand their knowledge and skills.
We have excellent facilities supporting games education and we are recognised as a top 50 global media and entertainment school by The Rookies.
