There are 2 posts available that are full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week. We are happy to consider both full and part time appointments.

To strengthen our commitment to delivering high quality education and research we are seeking to recruit talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our experienced and dedicated team of academic staff. You will be involved in the development and delivery of a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the field of Real Estate. Our courses are focussed on all aspects of Real Estate development, investment and appraisal. You will also contribute to research and knowledge transfer ensuring we are constantly engaging in sector-leading activity.
Currently we are seeking to maintain and develop our expertise in the delivery of Property/Built Environment Law, Property Finance and Valuations.
Successful candidates will possess academic qualifications in a relevant field, appropriate experience in Real Estate or its associated professions, and association with a related Professional Body is desirable. Academic experience is not essential but you will have outstanding communication skills and a commitment to excellence and innovation in learning and teaching, putting student experience at the heart of everything you do.
Lecturers work closely with Course Leaders, Module Leaders and other members of the course team; contribute to the development of teaching materials, methods and assessments; as well as leading modules. Duties will include the full range of activity related to academic delivery and acting as personal tutor and mentor to our students will be crucial. Commitment to excellence across the full scope of academic activity is crucial.
