The successful candidate will be based at SRUC’s Kings Buildings Campus in Edinburgh as part of the Agriculture and Land Based Engineering Department within the Central Faculty of SRUC. The successful candidate will be required to deliver teaching and practical classes to students as directed by the Agriculture Programme Team leader. This person will also play a crucial role in the development of the agriculture course which will include revalidating both the degree and HN programmes.
The post holder will prepare and deliver programmes of education, training and assessment, including a wide range of practical skills to a high standard as well as classroom teaching to appropriate academic standards, and deliver and assess modules typically in all areas detailed below. The levels of modules range from HNC to Honours Degree.
