We are looking for a Plumbing Lecturer to join our expanding Construction team.
To contribute to the delivery of the curriculum, working closely with other members of the team, planning and developing an ambitious curriculum that strives for high aspirations and positive outcomes for all. To provide effective and appropriate delivery of curriculum programmes for students under the direction of course/programme managers, designing and planning the delivery of components of course/programme within parameters agreed with your course/programme managers.
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Experience of teaching within the area; (or willing to develop the skills)
- A Plumbing & Heating background.
- Hold a recognised and appropriate teaching qualification or willingness to work toward this.
- An appropriate qualification for the subject area at Level 3.
- An assessing qualification or willingness to work towards
- Evidence of practice.
- A proven background in successfully working as part of a team.
- A well organised and co-ordinated approach and a commitment to inclusive education.
Part Time, 14.8 hours per week (2 days) all year round
Actual Salary £14,200 - £16,200 (FTE £35,500 - £40,500) depending on qualifications & experience
