Position Summary/Purpose of Position:
This is an adjunct professor position (Lecturer) to teach two sections of ENES660 in the Fall and Spring online. ENES660 PLM1 (Online)
Course Description:
Provides a comprehensive survey of product management and its growing role in producing technology-driven products that customers love. Guides students through the product lifecycle and market lifecycle, diving into the competencies needed at each stage. Topics include startup and corporate strategy, product strategy, vision setting and evangelism, development lifecycle approaches based on customer involvement and product stage, the various types of innovation at each stage of the lifecycle, and how the product manager leads the team through it all. Learn the basics of customer discovery, product discovery, product delivery, and the core-context model for managing products through maturity.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Master’s or Ph.D. in engineering, business, architecture, or a related field.

Proof of attendance and participation in conferences is recommended.

- Experience as a university professor, TA, or similar.

Additional Information:
This position is for asynchronous teaching and requires upfront work to re-record lectures and generate videos that will be used to deliver the class. Those taking the position must re-record lectures and provide regular and detailed feedback to graduate students via discussion boards, assignments, and email to enable learning and motivation in students. You must be able to commit to 10 hours per week, each week, to provide timely and relevant feedback.
