SALES AND LEASING AGENT
Your Role at YES!
In this role, you will be playing an active role in the selling of new, used, and foreclosed properties in your community. You will be working with a high performing team driven by success and will be delivering the highest quality of service to prospective home buyers. You will also be involved in various projects pertaining to sales and could very well be liaison between YES! Communities staff and potential/existing home owners. Your correspondence with prospects will include phone calls, e-mail and social media, and physical delivery of flyers and promotions to residents. This will include physically walking around the property to meet with residents in their homes and providing tours on foot.
Essential Functions:
- Sell new, used and foreclosed inventory at prices set by Management
- Lease rental inventory to qualified applicants
- Evaluate potential inventory purchases for Management review
- Review inventory for refurb needs
- Creates and places effective advertising as directed by Management
- Perform sales office duties as directed by Management
- Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
- Tracks and follow ups with all prospective residents.
- Create and maintain a positive Community environment
- Communicate policies and procedures
- Create and ensure a safe work environment
- Follow safety precautions and procedures
- Complete all work in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality
- Maintain professional behavior without interfering with the individual’s work, interrupting the work of another team member, or disturbing the quality of life for Community Residents
- Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Saturday work is required
- Duties subject to change, as deemed appropriate by Management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimal supervision
- Computer Skills including Microsoft Office software products
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior Sales Experience preferred
