Purpose of the Role
As a Site Agent, your main purpose will be to organise site functions in accordance with the agreed program of works, client's specifications, and the site health and safety plan. Your attention to detail and ability to effectively manage resources will be crucial in delivering successful projects.
Main Duties:
- Ensuring that all work is carried out in strict accordance with the client's specifications and in adherence to company safety documentation. Safety is our top priority, and you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment for all personnel.
- Facilitating liaisons with residents to ensure their satisfaction with the service. You will attend meetings with residents to discuss project delivery, conduct satisfaction surveys, and provide comprehensive reports to the management team.
- Assisting in negotiating claims for loss or damage to residents' effects. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving any issues that may arise during the project.
- Handling complaints against the company on various matters such as delays, poor workmanship, and people's behaviors. Your ability to address concerns promptly and professionally will help maintain a positive company image.
- Developing, building, and strengthening relationships with residents, subcontractors, and clients. By fostering strong connections, you will contribute to the long-term success and growth of our company.
Essential Skills: In order to excel in this role, you must possess the following skills:
- Full driving license: You will be required to travel to different sites and liaise with residents, subcontractors, and clients. A valid driving license is essential for this position.
