Job description
We are recruiting for two Leasehold Support Officers to join our vibrant Leasehold Services team.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are committed to the very highest standards of customer care to join our team provide administrative support to our Alterations & Subletting and Major Works Consultation teams.
The successful candidates will be assisting in the processing and monitoring of a range of service activities. Some of their tasks will include;
Distributing incoming correspondence, in accordance with procedures.
Setting up and maintaining file management systems including storing and retrieving documents and archiving.
Processing alterations applications and responding to telephone enquiries securing the best service and outcomes for customers.
Handling a range of internal and external enquiries in a polite and professional manner and referring to the appropriate Officers as required.
Arranging service meetings, booking and preparing rooms, preparing and circulating agendas and papers, providing and circulating minutes and monitor follow up actions as necessary.
