Job description
Are you interested in working for a top-ranked Management School? We are seeking applications from highly motivated individuals to implement the School’s TEL strategy, meeting the digital learning needs in our portfolio of programmes. You will support the Learning Technology Manager in ensuring that the School and its staff are proficient in the use of available learning technologies to support the School, including Blackboard Learn/ Ultra, Turnitin, PebblePad, Kaltura, mobile technologies, Adobe Connect and Google Apps. You will enable the development and training needs of staff and students, providing advice and guidance. In addition, you will play an active role in the wider TEL community, across the Faculty and University.
You will work in a small team supporting TEL and digital technologies across the School, whilst also working within a much larger team in delivering Programme and Student Support. The team works alongside our wider professional services team of 79 staff, supporting activities such as data and accreditation, marketing and student recruitment, finance and operations, employability and external relations. There are opportunities to explore other areas of the professional services, and to progress within the School and University.
This role is full-time, and we are committed to exploring flexible working opportunities which benefit the individual and University, including hybrid working. This post is open-ended.
We’re one of the best not-for-profit organisations to work for in the UK. The University’s Total Reward Package includes a competitive salary, a generous Pension Scheme and annual leave entitlement, as well as access to a range of learning and development courses to support your personal and professional development.
We build teams of people from different heritages and lifestyles from across the world, whose talent and contributions complement each other to greatest effect. We believe diversity in all its forms delivers greater impact through research, teaching and student experience.
