Job description
About Mix Diversity
We are kind people, driven by a desire to make the world a fairer place. We help organisations become more inclusive through diversity and inclusion consulting, training and online learning solutions. Core to our values is the belief that diversity matters and it should be valued and, most importantly, that inclusion of those who may be marginalised in the workplace requires intentional action. We work to change the culture in big brand organisations to one of intentional inclusion because we believe they in turn can positively influence society. Our eLearning clients include household supermarket names as well as global FMCGs, pharmaceutical companies and logistics firms with 100,000+ employees. We create brilliant bespoke and off-the-shelf eLearning, translated into as many as 33 languages. That’s where you come in…

Working with us
Our friendly team are all home-based and we’re flexible as to how your hours are arranged. We are open to this role being full time if that is what you are looking for or part-time if you need this. We require a minimum of 20 hours across at least 4 days and you can choose your hours. We believe work should be able to flex around the special people in your life and the weather! If you want to take the dog for a walk because it’s sunny, go surfing because the waves are pumping or finish early to pick up the kids from school, then that’s all good with us – most of our team will be doing the same.
As a diversity and inclusion company, not surprisingly we value different world views so would welcome applications from those who are from underrepresented groups in the corporate world, including from global minority ethnicities, LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodiverse individuals and those with a disability.
We are happy to make any adjustments required to meet your accessibility needs. Please get in contact with us at [email protected] to discuss specific requirements.
