This is an exciting opportunity to join our thriving, dynamic and highly aspirational Learner Services Team. We pride ourselves on responding proactively to emerging learner needs. As the Learning Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of individuals across all areas of provision, leading with empathy and pace.
Working closely with the Head of Learner Services and curriculum areas, you will ensure that additional learning support for learners is person centred and provides excellent student experience and high achievement. The role will ensure that additional support services and admissions for students with Education Health Care Plans (EHCP's) ensure the achievement of excellence for all learners, including those with high needs, impacting positively on outcomes and next steps.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant subject, preferably a teaching qualification and a track record of working positively with local authorities and other external organisations to deliver high quality, person centred support.
