Learning Support Assistant - Luton
£80 - £85 per day; Weekly Payment

We at Parker Smith Inclusion are currently working with an amazing SEN school based near Luton that is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their team and help them reach their mission of providing pupils with personalised/individualised learning opportunities.
Your support as a Learning Support Assistant will be integral to helping vulnerable pupils in particular those with ASC/PMLD/SLD to not only succeed in education but also enjoy the process of learning as-well. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who think they would be suited to a career which is so much more than a role!
The Ideal Learning Support Assistant: .
- Is emotionally resilient and can adapt to challenging environments and situations.
- Comfortable with personal care
- Experience in special needs isn't mandatory, passion is.
- Any experience particularly with ASC/PMLD/SLD or SEN
Information about School:
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team and closely with specialists/therapists
- Amazing Facilities - Swimming pool, outdoor learning areas and other extra curricula activities such as Horse Riding
- School Cafe - upper school students run once a week as part of their independent living programme
- Curriculum based specifically to support the needs and desires of students

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- LUTON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
