Job description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to provide support to students, ensuring that they receive the best possible education.
Responsibilities:
- Work with teachers to identify students who need additional support and develop individualized support plans.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students with learning differences.
- Collaborate with teachers to create and implement differentiated lesson plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust support plans as needed.
- Assist with classroom management and organization.
- Build positive relationships with students and families.
Requirements:
- Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
- Previous experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs.
- Available immediately to work as a Learning Support Assistant.
- Happy to apply for or already have an enhanced DBS.
