Learning and Performance Business Partner
Location: Newbury or London
Working hours: Full time/part time
Role purpose:
As part of the UK Culture and Engagement team and the global Vodafone Learning Organisation, this role will lead the development and implementation of the Digital and Technology skills roadmap, leveraging the global resources available to meet local business needs.

What will you be doing?
Align market activity to the Vodafone Learning Organisation (VLO) to ensure we support and leverage the skills and expertise across the business.- Provides operational support that executes learning activities (for example learning needs gap analysis, maintaining and promoting curricula content and learning campaigns, learning delivery and evaluation).
- Acts as a point of contact for the business and communicates effectively with HR Business Partners and relevant Business stakeholders to ensure their engagement and commitment on all key learning work streams and alignment to the wider HR people plan.
- Drive data driven insights around learning priorities using dashboards and identifies the ROI of learning campaigns through HR analytics.
- Design and facilitate learning solutions as per business requirements to improve competence, knowledge, and skills of employees.
Who are we looking for?
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Knowledge
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and practices, assessment and evaluation, programme planning and instructional design
- Knowledge and understanding of psychometric assessment tools, ideally with supporting qualifications.
Skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills and proven ability to understand and effectively handle interpersonal and group dynamics.
- Skilled at building strong relationships with diverse stakeholder groups including senior leaders, centres of expertise and external partners.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while working with ambiguity.
Experience:
- Experienced at identifying current and future capability needs and developing / implementing organisational solutions to build address needs.
- Experience of developing Digital and Technology capabilities
- Experienced at driving outcomes from learning interventions at an individual, team and market level.
- Experience at establishing and driving multiple relationships across the business and HR teams at a senior level.
