Job description

We're looking for a learning operations specialist to join us here at GWI. Not just any learning operations specialist though. Someone ambitious and genuine, who works best in the midst of a collaborative and forward-thinking team. That's because as a GWIer you'll be immersed in the fast-moving world of data tech. We think big to make an impact, we're not afraid to ask why, and we always show respect. Those values are what got us where we are today, and they're a big part of what we're looking for in you.

About the job

As a learning operations specialist, you'll be vital in optimizing our learning operations to successfully implement our revenue, global learning, and wider people strategies, supporting teams to maximize growth and performance.

We are searching for a highly driven and compassionate individual with a deep passion for cultivating exceptional cultures and empowering others to unleash their full potential.

This position will report directly to the Head of Global Learning and lead the charge in transforming both people and revenue-focused learning programs from ordinary to extraordinary.

What you'll be doing

As the Learning Operations Specialist, you will orchestrate the entire lifecycle of these programs, from strategic planning to seamless execution. Your mission is to optimize and refine our learning operations, fuel efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness. Through collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams, you will lead the charge toward our vision of a seamlessly integrated learning ecosystem.

  • Overseeing effective implementation of learning programs, from planning to delivery & review.
  • Leading the strategy and implementation of operationalising revenue and wider learning initiatives.
  • Working across departments to coordinate learning initiatives.
  • Implementation and management of learning technologies that support the effective execution of strategy.
  • Supporting the successful implementation and continuous management of learning management systems (LMS) and sales enablement tools, driving our learning ecosystem into the future.
  • Cultivate a user experience that captivates, excites, and empowers learners through diverse mediums like immersive e-learning, captivating videos, and interactive modules.
  • Analysing and reporting the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives.
  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) that embody excellence and ensure top-tier learning program delivery.
  • Together, drive revenue learning initiatives that align seamlessly with strategic goals and propel business success.

About you

First things first, as a disruptor in the global market research industry, we haven't come this far without entrepreneurial spirit and a get-up-and-go attitude. So if you think we'll see that in you, then you're already halfway there. Here's the rest of what we'd like you to bring to the table.

Technical

  • Experience in learning operations and coordination.
  • Experience in learning technologies, such as LMS.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and learning program development.

Competencies

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment, remaining resilient and flexible.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process optimisation and documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A growth mindset, with a passion to continually grow and develop.

Who we are

GWI was founded with the knowledge that understanding your audience is really important for business. When you know who you're speaking to and why, you can create content and campaigns that stand out to the people that matter.

Through our global online survey, we gather data on the behaviour and perceptions of consumers across the world. This provides businesses with deep, actionable insights on their audience, revealed from data they trust.

It's been going well, too. Since launching in 2009, we've become one of the UK's fastest growing target audience companies. We're not about to stop growing any time soon. As a business, we're on a mission to re-engineer data-driven marketing, and we're on the lookout for talented people to join us.

Diversity & Inclusion

Imagine if our data came from just one kind of person. We'd get a very nuanced view of the world. And we definitely wouldn't have got off the ground as a business.

Although things certainly aren't perfect, we live in a society where differences are increasingly celebrated – so we'd expect nothing else from our teams. In fact, the GWI office is as diverse as our global data, it's really important to us that it stays that way. This is a place to feel at home, express yourself freely and make your mark.
