Job description
We are currently looking for Support workers that can work with the company to provide personalised support that leads to positive outcomes for adults who need our help most. The goal is clear; to give those who need our support, the confidence, encouragement and independence they need enabling them to work towards a future they deserve.
Every person we support is at the centre of that support. From their initial assessment to completion of regular reviews and on-going guidance. We develop each plan for each individual. Their support is tailored to planned outcomes helping them achieve their hopes, dreams and aspirations.
You will play a key role in the service, using your knowledge and skills to work as part of a team providing support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health and autism. You will be responsible for helping with the challenges of everyday life, such as household tasks and domestic duties, whilst engaging socially in exciting hobbies within the local community. All in all, enabling our people to live their best life!

The Person
- Previous experience of supported living or from a health and social care setting is beneficial but not essential as we provide full training and support.
- You may have also had exposure to the skills and knowledge that we are looking for through caring for loved ones or through voluntary work.
