Full Time

35,000 per annum

Purpose of the Role

  • Reporting to the HR Manager, you will oversee the design and delivery of training initiatives that support the Grantley Hall brand and vision.
  • Your day-to-day role will include overseeing all aspects of the learning and development cycle including needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation. As well as providing practical delivery, you will also support the identification and ongoing development of our internal talent.
  • You will be the point of contact for our external training suppliers, working closely with Apprenticeship providers and developing strong relationships with Schools, Colleges and Universities.
  • The role will include administrative tasks including the management of the Apprenticeship Levy and the compliance of Health & Safety training.


About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled facilitator with a passion for developing and delivering high-quality and innovative learning and development processes.

You will be able to deliver and create an induction, group training as well as one to one session. In all areas of the role being a good communicator is essential.
Experience of working with an LMS, Insights and luxury customer service would be advantageous.
