Contract Type: Temporary, 12 months maternity cover
Contracted hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
At Mole Valley Farmers, developing our colleagues is a key priority. As Learning and Development Officer you will play a key role in driving this whilst supporting our learning strategy. You will be an advocate, internally and externally, promoting our fantastic programmes, whilst engaging with our learners and driving excellence throughout.
You will be involved in some of our key training areas, ranging from induction, product training, apprenticeships, e-learning and many more activities. The role will take ownership for the ongoing development and governance of our Animal Medicine (AMTRA) training, with the ability to influence ways of learning within this.
You will oversee the booking, reporting and needs analysis of some of our key training interventions, managing adhoc training requests, compliance training around the business and key provider relationships
