Salary London - £34,240 to £44,388 per annum

National - £31,775 to £40,938 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: 2 year Fixed term contract

We’re looking for two Learning Developer and Facilitators to join our existing team based at either London/Birmingham or Norwich, to support the design and delivery of learning solutions for the business.

This role is fundamental in helping ensure Clarion achieves its vision of becoming an ‘employer of choice’ by providing a coordinated, cross-business delivery of all Learning and Development activity. Delivering robust people development processes that are cost effective and provide the absolute best learning outcomes, you’ll help ensure all aspects of Learning and Development targets and objectives are met. Liaising with all levels of management and identifying appropriate solutions for business needs, you’ll facilitate exceptional outcomes for our people.

You’ll have experience of designing and delivering training, including training materials, this is a hybrid role where you’ll work from a flexible base location but be required to deliver across regions as well as in the virtual classroom.

You’ll develop and deliver learning solutions across the business, from identifying needs, through to evaluation to confirm that the content, delivery and embedding was successful.

With strong communication and interpersonal skills, an enthusiastic and positive approach, you’ll engage easily and naturally with an ability to build relationships and create trust. You’ll create blended learning solutions that are progressive and innovative and aligned with Clarion’s values and behaviours, support the people management processes, are cost effective and achieve a high level of results.
