As our Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for the creation of a learning culture and defining the interventions required to support building the capabilities the business needs to deliver our growth ambition. You will partner with HRBP & Senior Leaders to define the needs for their businesses and build a shared vision for execution. You will cultivate an inspiring and innovative working environment that promotes continuous self-learning and long-standing career development.
You will report directly to the Chief People Officer and will join a fast paced and supportive HR Team of 8 including HRBPs, HR Admin & Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate will be a confident individual with a friendly personality, drive, energy and enthusiasm together with a strong personal commitment to the delivery of high standards.
In more detail your role will include:
- Key member of the HR Management Team
- Generates energy and excitement around learning and builds a learning culture
- Focuses all interventions on teams performance outcomes and capability areas to support strategic growth
- Designs and delivers core learning interventions, drawing on various different learning methods - we look to do a lot of core learning in house as we know our people and their challenges & opportunities best!
- Defines the learning plan to support Company strategy - running the annual cycle of learning needs analysis, partnering with the HRBPs
- Responsible for logistics of Learning, Culture & Community events to support our engagement and social impact plans
- Supports HRBPs with crafting learning & development communications specific for their teams
- Reviews and reports on learning intervention impact & effectiveness
- Monitors and supports progressing key results and KPIs defined for learning - we are going for BCorp certification & IOS certified
- Owns our learning platforms - Culture Amp & UpTime
- Designing staple curriculum for all employees (i.e. values)
We would love to hear from you if you...
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategy into learning needs
- Experience in designing and delivering learning interventions with passion for proactively keeping on top of trends
- Current knowledge of learning and development best practices
- Experience identifying and managing 3rd party suppliers
- Passionate and impactful facilitator
- A self-starting attitude, able to work independently with the tenacity to get things done.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
