Location: Brixworth, Northampton with hybrid working available
Contract: Permanent, Full time (part time hours available if desired, just let us know)
Salary: Up to £30k + 26 days of annual leave + Benefits
Responsibilities
As Learning & Development Coordinator, you’ll ensure that the contract employees are safe, legal and have the correct skills and qualifications for the role they are carrying out. You will also assist with the development of the skill set in the contract by engagement events and working closer with the corporate teams.
Your day to day will include:
- Ensure that compliance training is delivered to people across the contract in the most cost effective and efficient way, to the highest standards utilising the contract trainer and with contracts in the region
- Assisting with the engagement sessions with the advisors on the contract to help employees see the development opportunities from them
- Sourcing cost effective training with preferred suppliers and maximising the numbers on courses
- Carry out day to day duties relating to the co-ordination of training requirements including the maintaining of the training database and collating all training information
Who are we looking for?
This role of Learning & Development Coordinator is great for you if you can:
- Work with a range of stakeholders and manage relationships effectively
- Able to utilise Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams to log information, create reports and provide data
- Familiarisation of the training requirements for the highways business
