Job description
Remote, UK
Who are we?
Insights Learning and Development is a global learning and development company with people and innovation at our heart. Our purpose is to create a world where people truly understand themselves and others and are inspired to make a positive difference in everything that they do.
As a business, over the last 30 years we have grown to operate in over 50 countries in more than 11 languages with over 650,000 learners per year. Our clients range from local start-up companies to major global corporates across all sectors including Pharma, Banking & Finance and Tech. We have the aspiration to create a thriving learner community through personalised learning and an engaged practitioner community.
We are a global post pandemic L&D success story with our products being in high demand and our targets for growth being met. In order to support our teams further in the UK, we require an experienced Learning and Development Consultant to join the team.
What’s the job?
As our Learning and Development Consultant for the UK, you’ll work in partnership with our sales teams to offer learning and development expertise, consultancy support and added value to our clients through each part of the interaction and sales process.
You’ll be the L&D expert for your Region, coaching and mentoring the Sales teams to build their knowledge, skills and capabilities regarding Insights products, L&D interventions and the application and integration of Insights discovery learning methodologies.
You’ll partner with the account manager to support them in developing a brief that sets out the client’s issues, challenges, and the proposed outline solution, before positioning this with an Associate Consultant so that they can complete the learning design and deliver the solution to the client.
You’ll also ensure Insights delivers the highest quality development for our Insights Practitioners (people and businesses that deliver our products) and encourage them to become active, fully engaged participants in the Insights Practitioner community, where they feel a strong sense of belonging, and find a place where they can learn, grow, and develop as a practitioner of Insights.
What are we looking for?
This role is designed for a highly motivated individual who works with an agile mindset. Someone who is extremely passionate about helping individuals, teams and communities reach their goals through performance improvement and by engaging communities by learning together.
You’ll be a learning and development expert, with experience of using diagnostic and personality profiles and tools to promote a richer awareness and understanding of self, others, context and objectives. You’ll have experience of consultancy and business partnering and working knowledge of organisational development principles and interventions.
You’ll be pro-active, passionate and determined to make a difference in everything you do. You’ll be an engaging and motivational guide, coach and mentor that inspires and instils confidence in those around them.
How to apply?
If you are passionate about learning and development and looking for the opportunity to really make a positive impact in the world then I encourage you to apply now.
