Learning & Development Advisor - Programme Management - London

Our dedicated EMEA Learning and Development ("L&D") team works to create, build and implement contemporary L&D infrastructure and strategy for our internal stakeholders at all levels.
We are currently looking for an L&D Advisor to sit within our L&D team based in London. The primary focus of the role is to fully manage and run existing and newly created programmes. This is a new role and is a testament to our impressive growth across EMEA. Learning & Development has become one of the most demanded business services, and we are looking for someone proactive, positive, and organised who can roll up their sleeves and take our programme management to the next level. Responsibilities Include:
End-to-end management of assigned central programmes and relevant learning events across EMEA
Facilitate selected central training events, and to be the face of L&D when running our initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of learning initiatives
Liaise with internal experts/external vendors to arrange availability to deliver training courses including boot camps, onboarding events, and courses
Liaise with external vendors for programme delivery and support with contract negotiations and renewals
Own and manage the scheduling of programmes, attendance and engagement of learners, often over different time zones
Communication of programmes to internal clients and to be the first point of contact for your assigned programmes and events
Build relationships and help develop our internal faculty and their development program
Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning initiatives through data collection and analysis, and make recommendations for improvements
Work closely with Programme Owners to ensure the programmes are best in class and continuously implement improvements Maintain training records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Support with Training Needs Analysis
Support the wider team with general development of the L&D offering
Essential Requirements:
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Comfortable standing up and speaking to a room of delegates
Strong interpersonal skills
Able to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with MS-Office applications, Excel, PPT, MS-Word, SharePoint
Must be organised and detail orientedAbility to work independently and within a team
