Learning & Development Administrator:
Location: Travellers Lane, Hatfield, AL10 8XB with Hybrid working
Office hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 17:00

Role summary:
This role is responsible for working with the L&D Business Partner to provide effective, accurate and comprehensive day to day administration service to the People Team supporting the delivery of L&D activity and key projects across the business. Helping to deliver excellence in all aspects of the employee continuous learning experience, developing and retaining the best talent for Mitsubishi Electric UK and helping us to build our reputation as an employer of choice
Skills/Responsibilities:
- Planning and organisation of training programmes
- Skills Gap Analysis
- Support delivery of L&D KPI’s
- Providing support at training events as required including room set up, management of timetables, organisation of refreshments
- Assisting with learning evaluations, monitoring of outcomes and management reporting through several different channels
- To develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with colleagues across the business and external training providers
- Maintain accurate training records
- Arrange the booking of trainers, venues, travel, accommodation and facilities for L&D events
- Manage delegate attendance for the entire programme journey
- Act as key point of contact for training providers and delegates during programme duration
- Manage all L&D related Purchase Orders and invoices
- Provide a reliable point of contact for all Learning and Development matters internally and externally
- Manage the Learning and Development Calendar and Mailbox
- Send out all joining instructions, diary Invites and event details in a timely manner
- Support L&D Business Partner in organisation and delivery of monthly branch induction
- Support L&D Business Partner with ad-hoc requests to help achieve L&D/People strategy
- Attend meetings as required
- Use the Learning Management System (LMS) to manage programmes including posting pre and post L&D intervention work
