Location: ACT Head Office, Cardiff (Hybrid Working, 3/2 split and travel across ACT sites)
Starting Salary: £22,000 per annum (rising to £24,500 per annum)

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to be the representative voice of ACT learners across all programmes, local schools and partners. You will work across two teams: The Marketing & Communications team and the Quality team.
Within the Marketing & Communications team, you will promote ACT’s Jobs Growth Wales+ (JGW+) and Apprenticeship programmes to schools and their pupils, as well as other key stakeholders.
Within the Quality team, you will be our link between delivery teams, our learners and other stakeholders, to really help us to improve the experiences that we’re able to offer them during their time at ACT.
The role is based at Ocean Park House, Cardiff, reporting to the Head of Continuous Improvement as part of Quality and Marketing Teams.
ACT is committed to promoting the Welsh language for both staff and learners, and whilst it is not considered essential criteria, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role.
