This role is home-based, remote working. However, applicants are sought who preferably reside in the Coventry, Warwickshire or the Northamptonshire area because in-person team meetings are required. Staff also have the option of working from our Coventry office if preferred.
The role is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 3 days (22.5 hours) per week.

We are a government approved independent provider of apprenticeship training. We train apprentices on behalf of a wide range of employers, and we help employers find and hire their apprentices.
As a Learner Recruitment Executive, you will be contacting people who have applied for an apprenticeship to check their suitability and eligibility. Your role is a key part in the learner's journey as you help them secure an apprenticeship. The role requires an ability to listen, understand and connect with people from a range of backgrounds. You will enjoy helping people, be empathetic whilst being able to give honest feedback kindly.
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role screening and advising applicants, e.g., Recruitment Resourcer, HR Assistant, Admissions Officer.
Although the role is mostly remote working, we pride ourselves on a positive team environment. You will be a self-starter able to work autonomously, whilst also being a team player, willing to help colleagues out and share workloads.
Duties include:
- Reviewing and screening apprentice learner applications
- Telephoning and emailing candidates to check suitability and eligibility against a criteria
- Booking assessment interviews
- Post apprenticeship vacancies on specialist job boards
- Populating enrolment forms and admin
- Giving feedback, advice and guidance
Key competencies/experience
- logical, organised approach with attention to detail
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of a similar recruitment role or sales support role
- A positive, proactive attitude, who wants to work in a fun, friendly team.
