In this role, you will work in the Global Learning Academy, being responsible for coordinating all aspects of our BA Better Leader development pathways, supporting all levels of leader across the organisation. You will be managing a high profile and complex programme so resilience, the ability to work with ambiguity and building strong collaborative relationships are must-have qualities, as well as a sense of humour and having fun along the way! We are looking for someone who is organised and self-confident, with an ability to build and foster excellent relationships in order to manage all aspects of the newly designed program; from engaging with all areas of the business to planning, organising the events and ensuring the smooth end to end delivery of the pathway.
